The Managing Director of Crystal Doors (Righthouse Limited) has recognised the benefits of operating the business in accordance with the requirements of Investors In People. To this end each employee will be given development support to develop in order to improve the organisation's performance.

To ensure that all our operations and industrial activities are carried out with due regard for environmental protection, including waste minimisation, prevention of pollution and increasing efficiencies in the utilisation of natural resources.
