    Founded Crystal Doors 24 years ago and holds the position of Managing Director. Having first gained an honors degree in Food Manufacture, he enjoys the manufacturing environment and the demands it brings with 'just in time' production. The development of key personnel to build his philosophies of quality and service are the cornerstones of the company.  Winning Rochdale Business of the Year 2015 was a personal triumph and a great team success.
  • Stuart

    Deals with technical queries, production capability and new product development. Stuart supports a very capable team that are able to manufacture orders within 24 hours. As Production manager and founder employee he leads by example with a commitment to support each individual member of his team. Stuart has had 13 years of experience as a joiner/fitter in a woodworking workshop prior to joining Crystal Doors, which helps him to understand customer's production needs and to achieve credible solutions. Away from work he enjoys holidays in the sun, relaxing with his family and supporting Arsenal's up and downs.

  • Vicki

    Deals with payments, invoicing, wages and personnel. She supports Richard with keeping all the figures in check whilst working alongside the sales team. Vicki always excels at Crystal Doors when work demands are high. Outside work her large dog and son keep Vicki run off her feet.
  • Chris

    Chris Joined the Crystal Doors team in April 2018. He has been working hard helping Crystal Doors to become compliant with health and safety in the work place ISO 45001. Chris enjoys exercising and running in his free time. We are looking forward to implementing more of his fantastic ideas throughout 2018 and the future. 

  • Ellie

    Ellie is our newest member of the sales team and has successfully taken on order processing. Now moving on to a new role inspiring customers by helping to develop new designs and finishes. She will be sending out regular newsletters and keeping the website up to date with all our latest developments, as well as helping Stacey to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Stacey

    Stacey is back after having a baby boy Alfie over two years ago. She is well versed with all our products, with long standing customers remembering she always has a happy friendly attitude to customers service. Stacey's role is processing orders and ensuring customer enjoy a high standard of order turnaround.
