Richard, founded Crystal Doors 15 years ago and is the Managing Director. He enjoys the creativity and dynamics of the vinyl door market. Richard has learnt the manufacturing trade, 'hands on,' and has developed key personnel to build the philosophies of quality and service into his business.

Stuart deals with technical queries, production capability and new product development. Stuart supports a very capable team that are able to produce jobs over 24 hours. As Production Director and founder employee he leads by example with a commitment to support each individual member of his team. Stuart has had 13 years of experience as a joiner/fitter in a woodworking workshop prior to joining Crystal Doors, which helps him to understand customer's production needs and to achieve credible solutions. Away from work he enjoys holidays in the sun, relaxing with his family and supporting Arsenal's up and downs. |

| Vicki deals with payments, invoicing, wages and personnel. She supports Richard with keeping all the figures in check whilst working alongside the sales team. Crystal Doors' wide range of customer needs keeps Nansal enthusiastic, and eager to please, often exceeding customer expectations. Supporting a growing family, she finishes early each day to balance work and home. Holidays, shopping, socialising and flowers are her pleasures outside work and home. | James is in charge of Corporate Image Design, Door Design and Web Page Layout. Having a creative designer within the team is essential support for Crystal Doors and its customers. Winning various design competitions over the last couple of years has helped James progress with his design ideas and ability. He is currently studying part time at college to gain higher qualifications in the design industry. Outside work, he enjoys playing football and developing skills in Adobe CS3 programmes..
