Richard - Founded Crystal Doors 16 years ago holds the position of Managing Director. Having first gained an honors degree in Food Manufacture, he enjoys the manufacturing environment and the demands it brings with 'just in time' production. The development of key personnel to build his philosophies of quality and service are the cornerstones of the company, supporting a family life of low carbon footprint with his wife who is an environmental consultant. Artistic development of designs has always been important. He is the chairman of the Arts Forum at his daughter's school BGS Bradford. Stuart deals with technical queries, production capability and new product development. Stuart supports a very capable team that are able to orders within 24 hours. As Production Director and founder employee he leads by example with a commitment to support each individual member of his team. Stuart has had 13 years of experience as a joiner/fitter in a woodworking workshop prior to joining Crystal Doors, which helps him to understand customer's production needs and to achieve credible solutions. Vicki deals with payments, invoicing, wages and personnel. She supports Richard with keeping all the figures in check whilst working alongside the sales team. James is in charge of Corporate Image Design, Door Design and Web Page Layout. Having a creative designer within the team is essential support for Crystal Doors and its customers. Winning various design competitions over the last couple of years has helped James progress with his design ideas and ability. John has continued to provide IT support for the Office and Administration throughout the past 15 years. He is responsible for programming our in-house Ordering System and he is also webmaster for the "Crystal Doors" websites. |
